"My son was in an automobile accident early in the morning on the way to work. His right rear tire blew out and he hit the guardrail and spun into the median. Luckily, he was okay. We got home and he called Harlan's office when they opened up at 8:00, told them what had happened, where they towed the car. By nine o'clock the car was deemed a total loss and they told us to go get whatever we needed out of it. By 10:30, we're on our way back home from the tow lot and had a rental car scheduled. Harlans office also took care of making sure that we had all the proper correspondence and our claim payment was processed and deposited. Considering what went on, Harlan Parker's State Farm made the process as painless and stressless as you could hope for. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
