"If you’re looking to be treated fairly I’d consider another insurance company. If you’re looking to have your agent fight for what’s right I’d consider another agent. These people tow the company line… Delay, Deny and defend. State Farm has taken over 30 days to process an auto hail damage claim. Then once it’s processed they want to total the vehicle and engage in bad faith negotiations. You trusted this agent or this insurance company? Time to start looking for another company and agent."

"Harlan Parker is the best insurance company. Period. The company is compassionate, understanding, and willing to go that extra mile for its customers. With 4 teenagers in the house and many driving or starting to drive almost at the same time, we were pleased to have an insurance agent that worked with us to find the best discounts for our rates and the coverage for the household. Then when the "eventual first" wreck happened we expected a giant price hike and even to be offered less for the repairs than necessary. However, quite the opposite happened, the agency worked with us to get the car repaired, lent us a rental, and helped us keep the rates as they were. It was a mind-blowing experience that we cannot forget. It made us Harlan Parker customers for life."

"Keenan Smith worked hard with me to make sure I understood everything in the quote, made changes to assure I was comparing apples to apples with the competitors quotes, and even walked through some of the pitfalls with those same competitor quotes. He developed rapport with me that I was so comfortable making the choice for the most competitive quote without hesitation. I thought State Farm would be expensive, but was pleasantly surprised to find they are the most affordable including Progressive, Farmers, American Family, and two lesser known companies, and my current carrier, Safeco/Liberty Mutual. Ask for Keenan for service done like it should be!"

"I have been with State Farm for seven years, and every six months, my premium has increased. Recently, I found a much lower rate elsewhere, prompting me to consider switching. Before making this decision, I spoke with my agent, assistantJason, who informed me that he couldn’t help lower my premium and that I would need to stay with State Farm. I explained my reasons for wanting to leave and requested to cancel my condo policy, as I had already canceled my auto policy the previous month. Jason told me that I needed to provide written notice, so I sent him an email. After three weeks, he called me and insisted that I pay a bill, despite having informed him that I was already insured elsewhere and had requested cancellation. My experience has been extremely disappointing, particularly with Jason. I do not recommend him, as I feel that the service I received was unprofessional and misleading."
